Novi Christian Academy seeks individuals that have the education and experience necessary to accomplish the vision and goals established.

Candidates should love the Lord Jesus Christ, love young people, be dynamic teachers and dedicated professionals, competent in their areas of instruction. Novi Christian Academy continues to provide an innovative, best-practice learning environment where teachers are professionals working together to cull the best from traditional and current educational practice. The right person will have vision and energy, will be confident in sharing his or her Christian faith and will desire to work with a team of colleagues. The teacher will possess strong classroom management and positive discipline skills.

We are excited when we receive quality contacts from individuals interested in teaching at Novi Christian Academy. Novi Christian Academy exists to educate students in the arts and sciences in the context of the historic Christian faith by developing intellectual ability, nurturing spiritual and moral growth, encouraging creativity, and instilling a desire to serve God and others.

All faculty members at Novi Christian Academy must have a personal and vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire candidates who are called to Christian education and to helping conform others into the image of Christ. Candidates must be committed to the school’s leadership and philosophy of education, and they must be committed to a team concept, willing to support the entire school program, not merely to teach assigned classes.
